Accidents in parking lots are a frequent occurrence. Drivers seem to let their guard down in a parking lot. Drivers face several distractions in parking lots. Vehicles and pedestrians come from all directions. There are typically more obstructions to visibility in parking lots than on roadways. The woman, reportedly suffering sharp back pain, involved in this accident may be entitled to damages. It is possible that she could receive a settlement that will cover her medical expenses. She may also be entitled to damages to cover the cost to repair her car.
Anyone who has been injured in an accident due to someone else’s careless driving may be entitled to damages.
